Doug Ridley is a trusted member of the legal community and even works within the courts to help establish policies and procedures in the area of mental health diversion and probation.
Doug has the voice and demeanor to handle criminal matters cooperatively with the courts, along with the experience and savvy to be a tough defender when necessary. Doug’s first job as a prosecutor was in the case file review department where he reviewed 100 cases per day to decide whether they should be prosecuted. This position helped him develop his expert eye and unique ability to see a criminal charge the way the prosecutor sees it.
