A second DUI offense within 10 years may include:

• A jail sentence of 90 days to one year
• A fine of $390-$1,000
• A license suspension of two years

A third DUI offense within 10 years may include:

• A jail sentence of 120 days to one year
• A fine of $390-$1,000
• A license revocation of three years

A fourth or subsequent DUI offense within 10 years may include:

• Felony charges
• A prison sentence of 16 months or two to three years, or a jail sentence of 180 days to one year
• A fine of $390-$1,000
• A license revocation of four years
