Ridley Defense supports many clients through access to Mental Health Diversion (MHD) programs and options available through the legal system. On April 25, in partnership with the VC Criminal Defense Bar Association, Ridley Defense is hosting a MCLE event to help the Ventura County criminal defense community better understand MHD opportunities for clients. Ridley Defense Attorneys Danielle Tamir and Doug Ridley, along with Ventura County Behavioral Health Regional Manager Dr. Mike Rodriguez will explain and discuss the process for getting a client into a mental health diversion program. Claire Charbonneau is a seasoned public defender from Washington state. She joined Ridley Defense in April of 2022 as an intake specialist as she awaited her California Bar admission. We are very proud to announce that just after the new year Claire received notification of her admission to the California State Bar and she is now a fully licensed attorney in California. Claire is a huge asset to the firm, and we look forward to seeing her in court representing clients soon.
