Doug was patient with us, took the time to explain our options, and seemed genuinely sympathetic to our situation . I can't say enough how great this team is and especially Tal In particular. They handled 2 previous DUI cases and managed to reduce my fines tremendously and even helped me avoid additional jail on time on the second offense. Today I had court and they were able to get one of my charges dismissed. Not only that but they also managed to drop jail time from a possible 200 days down to only 20 days. Im truly amazed by the work they've done. They saved me from getting a 3rd and I can't thank them enough. Clearly a key part of this excellent, professional organization- Tal stepped me through the process clearly and thoroughly.  None of my lay questions were discounted, but rather answered fully and respectfully.  Expectations were set clearly, so there were no surprises - and even after the arrangement had technically concluded, Mr. Koyman made himself available and continued to provide valuable support. Working with Ridley Defense has been absolutely amazing. I was able to first work with Danielle Tamir who was really great and very helpful, friendly, and accommodating. Danielle was very friendly, kind, and informative as well. My representative for my case was Tal Koyman; who is the most empathetic, supportive, phenomenal, informational and down to earth person/lawyer.  He was beyond helpful, empathetic and understanding. He did an amazing job at explaining the process and everything that was going to happen. He made sure my anxiousness never overwhelmed me and kept me grounded. We went over the law first so that we could better understand my case. With everything that was brought up, he informed me and went over it with me. I live very far and Tal drove out to represent me and spent time explaining everything to me; drove over 3+ hours back and forth because of his commitment to his clients.
